I read every message, and I answer the ones that are specific. If you are writing about a market entry question, it helps enormously to say what sector you are in, what you have already tried and what decision the answer would feed into.
What I can usually help with: reading a regulatory change, sanity-checking an assumption about the Ukrainian market, pointing you at the primary source behind a statistic, or explaining the history behind a rule that looks arbitrary.
What I cannot do: recommend counterparties, act as an intermediary in a transaction, or give investment advice.
